This small PR adds a Suspend Threshold line to Loop glucose charts to improve visualization and understanding of Loop dosing decisions in certain situations. For example, as shown below, Loop zero temps when any predicted bg is below Suspend Threshold regardless of how high the eventual predicted bg may be. Other situations include setting basal to default when predicted bg is between Suspend Threshold and the minimum of the Correction Range, or when up-front bolus is curtailed for long-absorption meals.
To minimize clutter, the additional thin semi-transparent red line shows up only when Suspend Threshold is within glucose chart y-axis limits calculated as before. The line is not shown on the widget graph, although it could be added there by changing one line of code.
